San Diego 2009

This summer, during the month of July, we took a trip to San Diego. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay and Spa. It was really awesome. Our hotel had the marina on one side and the ocean on the other side. We had 3 pools with waterslides and every night at 9:55 pm we could see the fireworks from Sea World. We went to Sea World, the beach, Old Town and just hung out and had fun. Here are some fun pictures from our trip!

Sadie is always dressing up into something hilarious! The other night she came out dressed as Robert and did an awesome dance for us! Enjoy!!

FAMILY & COLE'S WEDDING

This last few days we have been in Utah visiting family and attending my nephew Cole's wedding! We had a lot of fun visiting with our family and just spending time with each other! I even got to have a sleep over with my sister - which hasn't happened in forever - and we stayed up til 1:30 am just talking and laughing! We have lived in Nevada for exactly one year now and we still miss Utah a lot and our family too! I took a ton of pictures from this visit so ENJOY!!!

FATHER'S DAY 2009

Oh how I love the men in my life - my FATHER IN LAW, my FATHER, and most of all my HUSBAND!!!!! They do so much for me and I love all of them!!! I took some cute pictures of my husband this Father's Day. Enjoy!!!

Vegas Valley Cloggers

We started to take this video of Sadie's performance and, of course, my camera stopped working due to dead batteries. Here is just a little clip of the performance. Sadie is in the back right in the middle.

Sadie takes clogging classes with a group called The Vegas Valley Cloggers. They had their final performance last week in Vegas at the College of Southern Nevada. Hallie took some of these pictures and they are kinda blurry. She did an awesome job with her clogging performance and had a great time!!!

Well last night after our Gertrude and Pearl adventure with Sadie and her friend Veronica - this morning brought more new surprises. Barbara & Betsy appeared with beautiful curly hair. They said that they were the daughters of Gertrude and Pearl. Oh how I wish I had their imagination!

I hope that everyone doesn't think that I am a vain mother - but I love my girls!!!!! They love to take pictures and so I have to sometimes post them for the world to see - even if they are really funny and they hate me afterward.

Sadie's Award Day at School

Sadie had an Awards Day at her school during the last week. She received several awards. She received one for Perfect Attendance, Math, and for her Ballroom Dance Troupe.

Hallie thought that she would be funny and try to run to me in the water. Watch how she trips right towards the end! Pretty funny cause she was trying to not get her hair wet! Hahahaha

WARM SPRINGS

We have lived in Moapa now for just about 1 year and we have an awesome place right in our backyard. This awesome place is called Warm Springs! Warm Springs is a Church Recreation Ranch with 2 beautiful pools filled with water from the Warm Springs. There are camp sites with picnic pavilions, fire pits, and plenty of space to camp or just have fun picnicing. It is Beautiful!!!! Finally - last night we were invited out there for dinner and swimming by the couple missionaries - the Schofields. We had a lot of fun and plan to go there on Monday night again and again and again. Here are some fun pictures of my kids and hopefully you can see the beauty of the place in the middle of the palm trees!!!
